Counseling and walking, together

The project is a non-clinical walking therapy: an outdoor counseling path that supports the person through their difficulties and, if they wish, offers solid ground for change by preparing them mentally and practically for their next walk — Santiago, the Francigena, or whatever path is calling.

Walking side by side allows you to

  • ease emotional tension
  • spark new thoughts
  • notice what's happening within and around you
  • rediscover a more authentic rhythm
  • speak without feeling exposed
  • turn what emerges into awareness

Walking becomes a tool

A slow movement that opens, clarifies, orients.

Counseling becomes a guide

A presence that welcomes, supports, gives shape.

Together they become a path of deep, gentle growth — a journey that accompanies you toward what is asking for space within you.
